Don Millis is a Madison attorney with an undergraduate degree from UW-Madison and a law degree from the UW Law School. He is a state and local tax litigator, helping individuals and businesses challenge income, sales, and property tax assessments. Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time with his family; he has been married to his lovely wife, Pam, for 30 years. He also loves to ride his bike when it is warm or work out when the weather is not great. Don joined the ADC board in the fall of 2017 after getting to know the executive director, Krysta, and her husband, Peter, when they were missionaries to Guatemala. In fact, he and his wife, Pam, were supporters of Peter and Krysta, and Don had the opportunity to visit them in Guatemala in 2012. He is passionate about Affordable Dental Care's mission because it is "an effective and sustainable effort to provide real, life-changing benefits to people with no alternatives." Don is also involved with two other charities. He serves on the board of the Lake Waubesa Bible Camp, which is run by good friends of his, Ron and Dawn Kregness. Don is also on the board and actively involved with WE International, a non-governmental organization headquartered in Madison, but with a mission to promote economic empowerment and social justice in Uganda and the Congo. He has taken three trips to Africa as part of his work with WE International. On one of the trips, he was part of a group of men that climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro as part of an effort to raise funds to fight gender-based violence. On his most recent trip, he visited a fistula hospital in Goma, Congo. But for COVID-19, he would have made a follow-up trip to the hospital.

Sarah Deischer is excited to be joining the Affordable Dental Care board of directors, because ADC's work mirrors her family's mission of helping those less fortunate by allowing people to receive the dental services they need to stay well and feel confident in their smile. Additionally, her daughter, Sydney, is a pre-dental student who recently shadowed with ADC and hopes to give back using her dental talents one day by going on mission trips and serving local communities in need. Sarah received her MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Management after an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management. She spent several years as a Human Resources professional and consultant and is now Managing Broker for Sprinkman Real Estate and a member of the Sarah Deischer & Melissa Hanewicz Real Estate Team. Sarah is also involved with a number of community organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club, The Beacon, and Verona YoungLife.

Grant Bradley is a commercial real estate agent representing dentists and other healthcare professionals through CARR Healthcare Realty. He was introduced to Affordable Dental Care in the summer of 2019 by a mutual dental colleague. After meeting with ADC's executive director, Krysta, it was apparent to Grant that the leaders and staff at ADC are passionate about making a difference in their community and, as he put it, "you don't find that every day." Ever since that first meeting, Grant has been generous with his time and energy and he is honored to be joining the Board of Directors. Grant resides in Madison with his wife, Helen, and their two Brittany spaniels, Ruby and Copper. He grew up in Grand Rapids, MI, and attended college at Western Michigan University to study business and marketing. For almost a decade, he worked with a Fortune 500 company, Genuine Parts Company, as a sales manager covering Wisconsin. He then shifted over to work for Dometic, a world leader in the marine industry, as a national accounts manager covering North America. This position allowed Grant to see the world, but after three years of being on the road for 40+ weeks out of the year, it was time to shift his focus and energy to a career that was closer to home. In 2018, he accepted a position to start the WI office for CARR Healthcare Realty. Grant feels blessed to be working in this position and making a direct positive impact on the lives and business of his clients.

Board Members Emeritus

Tim Buck is the founder of Affordable Dental Care. With a seminary degree and background in marriage and family counseling, Tim spent nearly 44 years in dental sales before retiring and founding ADC with a goal to take his knowledge of the field and use it to lovingly serve those in need based on the Jesus model of caring for both spiritual and physical needs of our neighbors. Tim founded ADC in late 2009 in Whitewater, WI and also served on the board of directors which later voted to merge the Whitewater location with the Madison location in order to provide ample parking, handicap accessibility and preserve greatly reduced treatment fees by combining clinic resources. Officially retired in 2019, Tim remains an Emeritus board member and monthly supporter of Affordable Dental Care.

Dr. Robb Warren is the owner and dentist at Warren Family Dental. He has been involved with ADC since the very beginning and is now recognized as a board member emeritus. "I got involved with ADC in 2009 when founder Tim Buck reached out and asked me to join his mission. I was honored and leapt at the opportunity. Since that time it has been amazing to see the blessing we have continued to receive as we have grown and evolved to what we are today. God continually puts people in our path, connecting them to ADC and allowing us to create personal relationships with our patients, our ADC team, and most importantly our community. All of this contributes to growing the mission and serving others. I sincerely feel access to dental care is not a privilege but a right as it is a critical part of overall health. Affordable Dental Care helps make dental care available to everyone from every walk of life and I feel blessed to be a part of it."
